A rapidly growing and exceedingly well-managed developer of affordable and workforce housing is creating an opportunity for a construction or assistant construction manager to join its team.

Develop and maintain business relationships with each third Party GC field construction team, including Project Managers and Superintendents assigned to projects to fully maintain and communicate knowledge of project schedule and budget to the VP of Construction and Development Lead.

Will be based in Miami. Travel will be as needed through-out Florida for project meetings / site visits, which are limited to 2-4 times a month.
