This is an opportunity to lead the operations of a solid Project based Section 8 portfolio of up to 9 properties/1700 units, and may include a new construction lease-up.
The properties are described as having great occupancy, so, with good leadership, the strong quarterly bonus potential should be well within reach.
The successful candidate will have several years of experience with a HUD/Section 8 portfolio and strong communication skills.
