Our client currently owns and manages approximately 10K units of conventional and affordable properties in a half dozen states, and is growing.
This is an opportunity to lead operations for a portfolio of six properties, each with project-based Section 8 and tax credit components. The portfolio is performing well, with no significant issues.
The company is entering its third decade and is growing through acquisitions. We’ve worked with them since the mid-2000’s as they’ve grown, and they hire exceptionally well. Compensation includes good quarterly bonus potential.
