Our client, a growing multifamily owner-operator, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the lease-up of a new Class A community in Austin, TX.

This role requires a proactive, results-driven leader who can manage all aspects of daily operations while driving leasing velocity, building the onsite team, and delivering a strong first impression for the new community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of the lease-up process, from pre-opening to stabilization

• Build and lead an onsite team focused on performance and resident experience

• Execute marketing strategies to generate traffic and close leases

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and financial goals

• Manage vendor relationships, maintenance coordination, and resident satisfaction

Ideal candidates will have:

• Prior lease-up experience in the multifamily industry

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

• A hands-on, team-oriented approach

• Familiarity with Austin’s rental market is a plus
