Our client currently owns and manages approximately 10K units of conventional and affordable properties in a half dozen states, and is growing.
This is an opportunity to lead the operations of one of their larger properties—a 270+ unit mid-rise in Austin.
Solid experience with project based Section 8 and tax credit properties in required.
The company is entering its second decade and is growing through acquisitions. We’ve worked with them since the mid-2000’s as they’ve grown, and they hire exceptionally well. Compensation includes good quarterly bonus potential.
