Land Acquisitions Associate
A newly launched affordable arm of an established Florida-based developer that specializes in luxury and affordable product is creating an opportunity for a Land Acquisition Associate to join their team as they expand into the Mid-Atlantic and Florida. Hiring 1 position for each region.
The Multifamily Land Acquisition Associate is responsible for the day-to-day development activities that result in the successful identification of potential multifamily development sites, their due diligence, and ultimately land closings. The MLA works collaboratively with Management, and other staff to create successful outcomes as projects move through the development process. The MLA should have a significant understanding of all aspects of the land development process. Travel to headquarters in FL once a month.
Bachelor’s degree required. 5 years of progressively responsible experience in housing, finance, real estate, planning, or related field.
