A highly successful Midwest multi-family developer has an opportunity for a VP of Investor Relations to help grow the IR team and fund-raising efforts with the new CIO who has joined the firm.

The Investment Analyst supports acquisitions, development, asset management, portfolio management, and capital markets activities. The Investment Analyst will support departmental activities assigned including, but not limited to, acquisition and development underwriting, market and demographic research, portfolio and investor reporting, performance analysis, risk reporting, due diligence, presentation materials, investor and lender requirements, and other directives assigned to support overall operations. The Investment Analyst will work collaboratively with pre-construction, construction, development, acquisitions, asset management, property management, legal, and finance for the projects that are assigned.

Requirements:

• College degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or similar
• Prior real estate experience is highly preferred but not required
• Advanced computer skills including high-level proficiency in Excel
• Must have a valid driver’s license and annually provide proof of auto insurance
