The Development Manager will oversee the execution of a new condo project consisting of two free-standing buildings totaling 18 luxury condominiums, both featuring views of the Gulf. Each building will be comprised of 3 stories over on-grade parking.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in architecture or construction, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Experience with a developer is a plus.  Must have a strong understanding of design and construction processes as well as good oral and written skills.  Must be an organized multi-tasker committed to quality, accuracy, and promptness.  Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project is required
