A Florida-based development and investment firm is looking to add an experienced Construction Manager for their 55+ master-planned community project in Lakewood Ranch, FL.
The construction Manager manages schedules and coordinates the entire construction process including completion of the homes. This includes subordinates, professional consultants, regulatory agency inspections, trades, and the release of homes for closing. Helps implement and primarily oversees and enforces budgets, cost controls, quality control standards, and programs to manage regulatory requirements. The Construction Manager ensures ongoing communication with buyers during the construction process.
2 + years of construction management experience in single-family homebuilding is required.
