Our client, an established owner-operator in the multifamily industry, is hiring Community Relations Representatives to support several apartment communities across the Houston area.

This role focuses on resident engagement, retention, and supporting on-site leasing teams. You’ll help coordinate community events, assist with tours, address resident concerns, and contribute to a positive living experience across the portfolio. Manage all incoming leads through Elise AI, phone, email, and walk-in traffic.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in multifamily

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• A friendly, proactive attitude

• Willingness to travel between nearby properties, if needed

• Previous leasing experience is a plus
