Community Administrative Representative – Multiple Multifamily Communities in Houston
Our client, a respected owner-operator in the multifamily industry, is hiring Community Administrative Representatives to support several apartment communities across the Houston area.
The Community Admin serves as the operational backbone of the onsite team, ensuring smooth workflows, organized office systems, and accurate recordkeeping. This role supports leasing, compliance, resident satisfaction, and maintenance coordination while managing the day-to-day front office environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Organize applications, renewals, compliance documents, and internal files

Coordinate lease renewals and support resident communication

Maintain a professional, welcoming office space

Assist with inspections, bookkeeping, and compliance tracking

Help with marketing, maintenance request tracking, and collections support
Ideal candidates will have:
