Our client, a well-established commercial real estate owner-operator, is hiring an Area Service Manager to oversee their portfolio of nearly 2,000 Class A luxury units, including some mixed-use assets, throughout downtown Chicago.

This role is responsible for leading maintenance operations across multiple communities, supporting on-site service teams, and ensuring high standards for building performance, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or higher

• Strong mechanical knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general trades

• Experience with construction, project management, or property operations

• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager and Entrata preferred

• Proven ability to lead teams across multiple assets and maintain luxury standards
