Accounts Adminstrator – Retail

Our client is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join the retail division of their operations. This in-office role will involve a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Accounts Receivable: Managing invoices and ensuring timely collections.
  • Cash Receipts: Processing and recording cash transactions accurately.
  • Short-Term Lease Management: Inputting data related to short-term leases and maintaining accurate records.
  • Budgeting and Re-Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of budgets and updating forecasts based on current financial data.
  • General Administrative Duties: Supporting the team with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • A background in commercial real estate is preferred, with familiarity in retail operations a plus.
