Accounts Adminstrator – Retail
Our client is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join the retail division of their operations. This in-office role will involve a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Accounts Receivable: Managing invoices and ensuring timely collections.
- Cash Receipts: Processing and recording cash transactions accurately.
- Short-Term Lease Management: Inputting data related to short-term leases and maintaining accurate records.
- Budgeting and Re-Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of budgets and updating forecasts based on current financial data.
- General Administrative Duties: Supporting the team with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- A background in commercial real estate is preferred, with familiarity in retail operations a plus.
